Мeat processing

In order to complete the vertical integration in 2008, the “Niva Pereyaslavshchyny” Group of Companies launched its own pork processing line. Meat processing includes: a slaughterhouse with a capacity of 110,000 heads per year, a chilled meat packing facility (10 tons per day) and a facility for the production of meat products (5 tons per day).

Production facilities are equipped with modern equipment from renowned European manufacturers such as "Rex", "Multivac" and "Laska".

The main purpose of the Group of Companies in terms of meat processing is producing products from chilled pork meat. The use of the packaging method in a sterile environment guarantees that the consumer will receive a product with high nutritional qualities and a European level of hygiene and sanitation.

All production processes meet the veterinary and sanitary requirements of Ukraine and are under the constant control of official state veterinarians.

The implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 systems guarantee the safety of each meat processing process and a high quality of products for consumption.

The Group plans to build a new specialized meat processing facility with a capacity of slaughter 240 heads/hour.
