With the sole purpose of bringing the grain to commercial conditions and storing it accordingly, the “Niva Pereyaslavshchyny” Group of Companies maintains an elevator with a capacity of 173,000 tons. Warehouses designed specially for the storage of grain are full mechanized, equipped with active ventilation and a thermometry system for computer monitoring of the grain environment. All equipment is from leading domestic and European manufacturers.
Given the high cost of energy carriers, the availability of highly efficient dryers produced in France, integrating the technology of air recuperation, makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of the drying process as well reduce the emissions of harmful substances into the earth’s atmosphere. This also allows for a drying capacity of 3000 tons of grain per day.
In order to ensure the high quality of products, the group maintains a specially equipped and certified laboratory. Grain analysis is carried out using the most modern analytical equipment, such as the express analyzer “Nirflex 500” from “BUCHI”, Switzerland; “Titrino” automatic titrators from “Metrohm”, Switzerland; a Kjeldahl titration apparatus from “BUCHI”, Switzerland, as well as an apparatus for determining the mass fraction of raw fat from “BUCHI”, Switzerland.
